Lake Hāwea Station has collaborated with internationally renown fascia and wellness expert Lauren Roxburgh to facilitate a one day Soil2Soul Retreat, hosted at Lake Hāwea Station’s iconic Lake-house location, on Saturday, October 5th.
March 2024 saw the station host world leaders in wellness, including Dr. Zach Bush, Kelly Gores (Heal documentary) and Lauren herself, you can find out more here. We're doing the same evolutionary deep dive into our bodies, minds, souls and the earth like we did just a few months ago for this special one day event.
So amongst the obvious above, what is different about this day you say?
